Another Day, Another Blog

Decidedly less scandalous than it's placeholder page implied, the highly teasd "CAConfidential" has gone live - it's just John Campbell's blog and though it does have an attractive layout, I've yet to see an elected-blog really wow anyone. What could be more at odds with the measured, hedged public persona of an elected official than a blog? At least in the "traditional" sense of the (still really new) word.

Except, you know, this blog will stay fabulous regardless of to what I'm later elected. And that's a promise.

Have you seen Eric Garcetti's Blog? I think it is the closest one can get to that now classic (?) blog style.

I think Eric Garcetti has more fans in the 'sphere than any other elected I know of.
