So, Josh Marshall likes the Kerry/Edwards ticket and relays a bit of glee that the New York Post got it wrong by claiming a scoop that Gephardt was it. More intereting, however, is his link to an aviation bulletin board post that went up last night.
The post, USaviation.com says:
John Kerry"s 757 was in hgr 4 pit tonight John Edwards vp decals were being put on engine cowlings and upper fuselage.
It's time stamped at 9:44pm, 7/5.
Great catch by the poster, to be sure, but I couldn't help but wonder if it's such a great idea for aviation employees to post plane details for major public figures. In this case, no big deal. But I wonder, now, how much other information is available out there of the "hi, just so President so-and-so, Congresswoman X, etc, pull in. Seems they'll be here awhile. Now that you have location details, feel free to target at will."
Overly paranoid? Probably. Gee, guess that's one more victory for the Bush admin.
